Welcome to Advanced Systems

The members of the Advanced Systems team have a vast knowledge of databases, operating systems, programming languages, internet protocols and standards, and computer networking. This team collaborates with others to design and implement applications consistent with the University's Goals and Strategic Initiatives.

Advanced Systems analyzes requirements and implements specifications for software system proposals. They develop and maintain enterprise web applications such as WebCT, MyUCF, Main UCF Website, eCommunity, UCF Report Site and Form Manager, that foster community and enhance collaboration. Additionally, they provide support for CDWS's (http://www.cdws.ucf.edu) computer network as well as troubleshoot hardware and software problems. They also perform research, development, and provide education on the latest internet technologies.
